Crago Motors would be my garage for life if I was living in the Bristol area! I was travelling in Bristol with my family over the Easter weekend. The car broke down. The AA recommended to fix the car before driving back to the Midlands. We got to Crago Motors. Gary and Tracy were superb. Gary is very competent, trustworthy and customer-oriented. Ours was a significant job (i.e., clutch replacement) and implied that Gary had to work extra hours after the usual closing hours to allow us to hit the road and avoid another overnight stay. Tracy kept us constantly updated throughout the day. When back home, the clutch pedal began to feel spongy. I called Gary. He told me the clutch needed bleeding. I brought the car to my local garage and Gary very kindly settled the bill. People like Gary make me have faith in Humanity!
Amazing experience, had a problem with my car battery leading up to calling again and they were so helpful with what to do. When it was clear the battery was dead, my car was squeezed in the same day and the battery fitted and good to go. Highly recommend, brilliant customer service and an excellent job. Lewis

Fitted me in for MOT at short notice. Collected and returned my car, leaving me free for the day without hanging about waiting. A small charge for this service but well worth it for the convenience
I went to Crago Motors after having a bad experience with a previous garage. Despite their busy schedule, they were able to fit me in within the week for a full MOT and replacement of my exhaust. They were efficient and beyond helpful, even dropping my car back to my house once it had passed. Cannot thank them enough and would recommend their services to anyone.
Gary really helped me out today. I was tight on time with an issue I needed resolved. He was quick with the work and did an excellent job when many others couldn't / wouldn't, can't thank him enough, highly recommend to anyone in the area.
Great service! Garry got me in at incredibly short notice and repaired a fault which had caused my car to fail it's MOT. He fixed it Friday AM after calling in Thursday PM. He saved me £150-300 off my other quotes. As a young woman I'm really grateful he explained what needed to be done and gave me a fair price. Thanks again Garry! Definitely recommend.
