Sehr fein und schnell über den Mittag. Leider sehr laut.
Gestern Abend haben wir dieses Restaurant ausprobiert und ich muss sagen dass wir erstaunt waren über die Hochleistung. Die Küche ist zwar eine Stelle Michelin wert. Produkt-Menuauswahl und Präsentation ist ausgezeichnet. Die Preise sind eigentlich zu niedrig, und die gute Weine sind wirklich unter die Marktpreise. Die Tische schön und professionell vorbereitet. Nette Personal. Wirklich alles Tip-Top!

Questo gioiello, recente di location ma di decennale esperienza, è uno di quei posti che si suggeriscono a malincuore per paura di sciuparli. Chef di livello, servizio adeguato, vini interessanti. Siamo ad un livello per cui la prima stella è poco distante. Anche il servizio business lunch è notevole, anzi incredibile: ai prezzi della "concorrenza" in zona offre una qualità decisamente superiore. Location riservata, piccolo resort a disposizione. Prezzi più che adeguati. Il mio nuovo punto di riferimento nella zona. Bravi.

Provato anche a pranzo, che dire... Qualità/prezzo eccezionale, per meno di 20 franchi si può mangiare in una splendida location, con il medesimo servizio che si riceve a cena ma ad un prezzo super competitivo. Assolutamente da provare!
For some reason it seemed like we had to get lost and walk an off beaten path to get to this restaurant. It had great ratings but there was not a single other person dining here. That being said, I had no clue why since the food was spectacular.
They generously overfilled our breadbasket with five kinds of bread, my favorite being the incredibly fluffy focaccia. An interesting addition was some savory fish soup served to us in sippy cups. I could not help but wonder if this was done in good fun or in mockery. Nonetheless, we finished the soup off. The scallops were beautifully tender, the risotto supremely cooked and the mussels with pasta was simple yet tasty.
