My partner took my mother in law to see the pharmacist after she had been trying for a couple of weeks to book herself a doctors appointment. He simply wanted to ask if the pharmacist could recommend any treatment and ask for a professional opinion. The male pharmacist was unprofessional, rude and abrupt! My partner was so shocked that he remarked about his demeanour, to which he got no response. I've seen for myself this pharmacist be
rude to a customer in the past. Not a good advert for the Cox Pharmacy!
Overall great staff other than one particular staff member who goes by the name of Lorraine (small and wears glasses), had a very bad attitude problem when she served me. I felt like this was due to my skin colour as she was speaking perfectly fine to a customer before me who was white descent. Felt like I was given bad attitude and service due to my mixed race heritage. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back to this pharmacy if they can recruit staff members that thinks it’s okay to treat and speak to customers in this mannerism.
I have used this pharmacy for many years now ,and have always found the staff really helpful
and knowledgeable. Always good at explaining any issues with medications that I may have experienced. Thanks to you all ????????????????????
I have just been to this Pharmacy the staff look miserable and are rude .
Let me explain my prescription wasn't serious but the lady helping the other who was looking for it said we are out of stock , and she said " well it's hardly life or death is it "
It may not be important to them and they have no idea of my mental state and how it would effect me.
They have a sign saying ride and abusive language will not be tolerated .
Maybe they should take notice of this!!!
I was gonna shout and be abusive but I'm a calm man but my blood was boiling !!!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, unfortunately it's my local. Every time I go in I leave vowing never to return. They are simply rude and unhelpful, consistent with the last 3 times I've been in over a couple of years. Today I asked for a suggestion to ease my boys tonsilitis. Nothing, no advice, no over counter meds, no gargle suggestion. They managed to say 2 letters. GP. They could do with training in customer care.
Terrible customer service had to wait for the pharmacist to return in order to purchase me product. So what exactly is the point of the other staff? Not to mention she was just down right awful, sort your face out you miserable woman.
Brilliant service when you go in.but you need to put on your website what times you are opening during the coronavirus as it says 9 oclock and you not opening till 10 oclock .
