I have been coming to this practice more than Years ,l have never been happy with the service as my teeth aching . Fortunately the dentist l have had recently did her job in a professional manner.She had me for 4 appointments until all my teeth problems were all sorted out.She really did a great job . Thank you

Cos i do not have photo id they told me that its the nhs law that new patients need photo id yet i goodled it and its not and they turned me away which is going to land me in hospital cos im type 1 diabetic and cant eat. I dont think its right they turn people away cos they dont have photo id
Absolutely disgusting this place it’s gone downhill so much. They had a really fantastic dentist at last last year and I was going to leave because the quality of service in reception is disgusting and vile and everything else has never been up to standard my second last dentist appointment was disgusting and the man was extremely rude and I thought it was a disgraceful practice.
I then had a really nice doctor on my last appointment and he was really nice. Very funny. I was so grateful and I had an emergency he could see me straight away and he was very nice so I thought I’d try and get this dentist service another try
They have some odd reason decided to rearrange appointment when they had no right to as the client they had no right to rearrange an appointment for me without my prior consent. I had previously booked one for certain date which I was available for and they rearranged it. This dentist practice has calm down hill. The reception services are disgusting and very arrogant people. A cup of the dentist are not very nice whatsoever. They do not know customer service they do not know how to do things. They shout very loud about personal information they don’t know any manners or any customer service and it’s such a shame as originally the dentist was a really good dentist but he’s gone downhill that I’d give it -10 instead of just one point
They don't deserve even 1 star. The new company that has taken over are no way professional. They don't care and are arrogant. They strike patients off without notice or reminder. The service has become really ugly. They know how bad they are and that's why they are not taking on new patients. I was a patient for many years, and the old compant were really good. The service was good and the dentists were professional. This new company is not good at all.

Not worth it going, they don't even deserve one star these people should be reported the authorities they damaged my teeth and they are cow boys and really rude
rude, unprofessional dentist. has made me uncomfortable on multiple occasions, and has constantly tried to rush me out and make me feel like my teeth are worse than they are. going here for a scale and polish, incredibly worried. i've quite literally LEFT THE PLACE CRYING multiple times.
