A massive improvement in quality recently from here. The fish is now cooked freshly to order, the chips are crisp and well cooked, and neither the fish or the chips are overly greasy. The batter is a little thick but is fairly crisp.
Cod, small chips and mushy peas cost £9.80 which is cheaper than most these days and the portion sizes are large.
Delicious cod & Chips, not greasy at all. It was so good that there wasn’t a crumb left not even an odd chip! Fantastic

My God that small Chips was a biig Portion for a Small…. Not complaining though…
And everything tasted so so Good…
The batter they coat everything with,
Has a very nice texture to it and taste…
And the Final Fry and served was just fantastik…
That aroma that came out from the wrapping paper when i drove it home…

A simple, no messing about fish and chip shop. Great taste, not swimming in fat like some shops. Best chips for miles.
Chips were nice and fresh not greasey. Vege burger was delicious....however if I go by myself the chip portions are small. If I go with my wife and daughter the portions are bigger!? Maybe it's just my face they don't like ???? lol???? regardless good Friday food ????
