I came for help , I was laughted at by reception. I was so upset ???? I was told my medication had been ordered only to find out it hasn't which happens alot. When I said I can't just wait all day I am now in pain. They refused to help. Then the receptionist pointed her finger at me and said " you don't know what's going on in my life " my reply was why would I, I'm here for help. Immediately another receptionist came and sorted my medication in 5 seconds. Why did they not just fix the issue. The receptionist are clicky and not nice at all.
I've never had a bad experience with the doctors or staff, but whoever owns the practice has cut staff. 31st in the queue and no appointments even if you book weeks in advance. Pharmacy is the only one I've seen still acting like we're in a pandemic and it can take over an hour to get your prescription. I worked on the front line and this is insulting. Can't get medicine,a advise or appointments. Constantly being advised to go to A and E
Two positives about this surgery...Nicki who is, I think, isupervisor of reception and also a lovely young lady who is recently on reception but comes from the Geoffrey street practice. This young lady is very caring and has an abundance of people skills.
After developing a chest infection through Covid I had to ring the surgery urgent as my sats reading were low and I had rib pain. Previously I had a PE so I have to be careful with chest infections. I have to say the receptionist was great and the doctor Narla was too. No complaints great service I’m in the mend now ????????
Absolute disgrace! I wouldn't even rate them 1 star! Years ago they were half decent - now it's impossible to get an app, the Drs really couldn't care about you (unless you get a youngish Dr who is starting their career) - they really aren't interested in the health of their patients - it's really all about profit...! Have now left and moved to another GP who actually seems to care about the patients. This GP should be shut down!
WOW! This place is run by receptionists who believe they know more than the doctors. Trying to get an appointment is ridiculous, at least 2 weeks for an emergency appointment? What! Outrageous. Not one of the receptionists are welcoming or friendly. Having said that, once you get an appointment, the doctors are very sympathetic and thorough.
Third rate care. Due to the poor service and the could not care less approach of a GP, my mum who was told to drink plenty of fluids has now been taken by ambulance to hospital with pneumonia.
I think this practice needs formally looking at by the CQC. Its a dangerous service.
Disgraceful place, every single time I call I'm always between position 16 and 22, then when I eventually reach position 1 after at least 30 minutes on hold, I'm then hung up on and have to try again, starting at a further position than what I very first began. This isn't every now and again, it is every single time I call them, I hardly ever call for myself, it's mainly for my young child, someone should investigate this surgery because I've had so many people tell me the same thing, it's as if they pick and choose who they want to speak with and treat
