Highly recommend! Situated in Balmacara square with loads of lovely walking routes nearby, the cosy corner is a warm and welcoming spot for a bit of lunch and a cuppa! We really enjoyed our lunch, piping hot and tasty with huge portions we struggled to finish! Great selection of homemade sweet treats we will definitely be back!
I have never tried a soup like today, amazing. All hand made and better owners. K&K are mother and daughter delighted to share their most art in the kitchen. We will come back for sure :)
A must try place if you are looking for fresh breakfast options. Visited twice in two days for breakfast, the best part is their home made deserts/cakes.
The place is in a beautiful village and has plenty of parking and seating capacity.
So disappointed out for a nice walk with the dogs & was really looking forward to a coffee but it was not to be. No dogs allowed - fair enough however can’t understand why we couldn’t be served or take our own coffee to sit at the tables outside. Lost my business now and in the future.
Fantastic cafe with convenient parking and exceptional cleanliness. As someone with allergies, I greatly appreciate the no-dogs policy, ensuring a comfortable visit for me. Highly recommended!
Very beautiful and friendly cafe with good menu to have breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. It is inside the balamcara estate opposite to the pond at the square.
The food was amazing and very filling ofcourse with lovely mountain views. I wiuld love to go there again. The price is resonable for the quantity.

Such a lovely coffee shop, very friendly staff, and one of the nicest coffees we have had in a long time with a very good cake to share (apple and cinnamon spice). It's situated in a beautiful village opposite the duck pond. We had to sit outside as we have dogs so if it had been raining we wouldn't have stopped sadly, lucky for us the weather was good.
Despite its publicity, visited this cafe yesterday. Signs prominent - NO DOGS/NO TAKEAWAYS. We tried to sit outside for a coffee but were told that we would not be served as it was too windy. We probably won’t go again.
