We went through the drive-through this morning and the server, Steve, was wonderfully jolly, super friendly upon payment, and to top it all, our coffees were perfect. So many times you can do a drive-through and the coffee is are too hot and taste bitter, but everything about this trip was just right. Will definitely be returning.
Always a good place to meet friends or pop in for a takeaway. Friendly staff. The only thing I have mentioned before is that staff wear their aprons when they use the toilets which is not appropriate when handling/serving food and drink to the public. I have been in the food industry for many years and feel this needs looking into asap. Another point is that I've never seen any staff wiping tables between uses and often tables left with trays full of used items. I take wipes with me now!!!!!
We actually stopped for a drink and to use the facilities but as the teams focus seemed to be only on the drive thru lane the queue of people waiting inside the shop didn't move for nearly 10 minutes during which time we'd both used the facilities and decided to leave as did some others in the Q in front of us.
Closing time is half 7. Ordered 2 coffees and some food at 6:10 but they cancelled it twice, uber driver called us to say they won't open to doors or make our drinks. Closing staff are a joke
Didnt have any food so cant comment on that. Coffee was very good though, and the place is clean and has a good atmosphere.
This is my favourite place, they always get my smig of coffee right. Always friendly love them thank you to you all.
Latte awful cudnt describe what i was drinking, very weak. The raspberry almond sponge cake was as dry as chaff , certainly not spongy at all. Of the 3 in Evesham this is the worst
7 tables waiting to be cleared while I had my coffee on a dirty table. No customers waiting to be served but staff happy to chat with each other rather than clear up
