Furniture looks like it’s been taken from a scrap yard or jumble sale. Needs attention. But Coffee and staff were great!
Staff refused to give me an extra tea bag for a large tea which must be nearly a pint. This is very mean. I have in many Costas had a good service. This was very disappointing.
've been a regular customer at the Costa branch in Milton Keynes for over 5 years. The staff are friendly and efficient, and they always know my order. The upstairs area is perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. It's large, spacious, and quiet, with plenty of seating. The only downside is that it's often closed due to staffing shortages. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great coffee and a friendly atmosphere.
I first visited the Costa branch in Milton Keynes about 5 years ago. I was immediately impressed by the friendly and efficient staff. They were always happy to help me, and they always knew my order. I also loved the upstairs area. It's a large, spacious room with plenty of seating, making it perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. The lighting is also very good, which is important to me when I'm working.
Over the years, I've become a regular customer at this branch. I've made some good friends with the staff, and I always feel welcome there. I've also had some great experiences at this branch. For example, one time I was working on my laptop in the upstairs area, and I had a power outage. The staff were very helpful, and they brought me a cup of coffee while I waited for the power to come back on.
The only downside to this branch is that the upstairs area is often closed. This is usually due to staffing shortages. It can be frustrating when I'm planning to work there and I find that it's closed. However, I understand that the staff are doing their best, and I appreciate their hard work.
Excellent customer service with a good variety of sandwiches and coffee. Free parking is available outside the shop.
Service is mediocre on a good day, with the staff being more likely to converse with one another than their customers. The Costa card system doesn't work, but there is no longer any sign to let customers know.
I won't be returning after watching three staff members empty the bins and carrying on with their tasks without washing their hands. One of these staff members went straight from the bins to cutting my toasted sandwich and seemed surprised when I said it would need to be remade. Basic food hygiene standards are evidently lacking.
Listed in the Costa app as accepting their offers but once you get there, they don’t. Waste of time. Most Costas now are just automatic machines serving instant coffee or something knocked up by unskilled button pushers.
Very good does the job.
Though they need to makesure they keep there stock supplies up.....maybe they should recruit me to wfh and order more syrup.
Not very good if they dont have enough stock for a frappe... On a saturday at 1pm. Though the lady was good enough to make an alternative.
firstly i came into the costa and the waiter who served us was very rude. the mocha that we ordered was not nice at all. and the cake was dry. this is my go to breakfast every time and i was very disappointed when there was nothing for me to eat. never coming here again they had no non meat toasties either
