I ordered a long cappuccino and got this, which is visibly not long. It is considerably smaller. I asked for it lukewarm or cold but not hot (because of a problem in my mouth) I repeated it several times and the girl seemed from another planet, she only understood very hot or double hot????.
So in the end they gave me a regular size coffee in a big glass and very hot. Please put competent people to serve. Because the coffee is also not the best to risk having bad employees.
The store was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and engaging whilst taking our order which was done smoothly and without issue. Our drinks were well made and without any problems and our food was pleasant. The store is reasonably spacious benefiting from ample seating both inside and outside there is also a generous car park attached. It makes for an ideal pit stop before entering Poole town centre itself.
Regular customer. I just received a fine for use their car park longer than supposed. Well done Parking Eye. Take my 60 £ and make Costa loose a customer for life . From now on I keep my money in my pocket instead to give to the companies. Nothing to do with the staff, I like to clarify. Ps do not delete the review.
Service is excellent considering the are having to support takeaway customers and dine in customers simoultaneously. Product and selection good. The environment created by staff having to deal with multiple people with multiple orders creates a hectic, not very relaxing environment when dinning in.
Popped in for hot chocolates with kids. Black forest... sorry not got syrup. OK after eight.. sorry don't have syrup either. Guess I'll have chocolate orange then. How does that happen?
Absolutely rubbish went for coffee and end up with 60£ penalty for car parking. Manager say it’s new thing warning signs are not on place yet, nothing what we can do!!!! Will never go again
