I just had the best cappuccino I’ve ever had in my life. I’m thinking what made it so good? It was bubbly, aerated, light, taste like coffee, just perfect in every way. Whoever was making the coffee in the northbound drive-through at about 4:30 pm on Friday, the 15th of March, I salute you coffee artist
Excellent customer service. Nice and tidy
We used the Costa drive through at Taunton Dean; the service was quick and the food/coffee hot, however, the coffee was too hot, burned you might say, with a gritty texture. Not only that we ordered regular, we got a large so the waste was even more! I’ve never had an awful coffee from Costa but this was undrinkable. Disappointing considering it’s a service station for people who are travelling or have been travelling for quite a distance- the coffee was a much needed energy boost for a long drive ahead.
The nicest Costa I've been to. The staff were super nice, served us straight away and made the drinks and food quicker than ever before. Couldn't fault them!
Awful!! Taunton Deane dri thru north bound. Supposed to close at 6pm. Got there at 5.50pm behind another car and one behind us also. Starting taking our orders and the girl then said 'my manager has told me to close. You can get coffee in the main building' dreadful customer service. Turning business away!! If you don't want the business and decide to close early why don't you turn the open sign off, so people wouldn't waste their time coming off the motorway to do through a drive thru that doesn't wish to provide coffee!!
Just wanted to write a little review about the lovely service I received on my journey yesterday. It makes such a difference when you get a service with a smile. I’m gutted I didn’t get the lovely girl’s name but whoever served me was delightful. Despite the hot weather she gave fantastic customer service. She was so friendly and made sure I used my Costa card which has actually given me a free tea this morning so win win! Such a lovely girl and she deserves to be recognised so thank you whoever you are. You really brightened my day for a boring long journey!
Stopped to use the toilet, which was clean. Place seemed fine
Clean and reasonably tidy, with usual Costa fare. Service was a bit slow sadly. I had a Bonfire Spiced Latte, following a recommendation from one of my former students. She was absolutely right extolling its virtue....loved it and looking forward to my next one!
