Have attended Costa on a number of occasions with my friend and served by a young female called Kirsty . Her attitude and professionalism in dealing with customers is a credit to Costa in Omagh as she is extremely polite, efficient and her people skills are exemplary.
New coffee shop, very nice inside, comfy seating, great outdoor area for summer. Coffee and caramel squares were delicious. Service was not quite so impressive, no one seemed to be taking orders. Helpful waitress brought order to our table eventually.
Lovely new Costa shop which was needed in Omagh.... Roomy, bright and modern. Loads of parking and drive thru option too which I haven't used yet. Staff were friendly but things can service can get a little slow during peak times. Prices of food/coffee have got ridiculous but that's an overall Costa issue. Lovely outdoor seating area for the good weather.
Barely into lunchtime (12:30 ish) and there was no vegan toasties or savoury food. Whilst I'm extremely grateful that a staff member checked the back to see if there was any more, it would suggest that if it's the only shelf that's empty, that you need to order more. Disappointed to say the least.
Not one for writing reviews but iv been here twice this month whilst travelling from Belfast to kesh, coffee and custard tarts are great but the service on both occasions has been terrible . (Actually same person both times) ordered 2 iced coffees the first time along with custard tart when got the order I asked where my custard tart was . She told me she didn’t put it in and never charged for it . I asked why not ? I just didn’t she replied with an attitude. Very rude . This time back 20/2.24 12 o’clock , the same girl on, I ordered2 iced coffees then asked was there custard tarts to which she replied yes , so I ordered one again . Got to the window and yet again she didn’t charge are give the custard tart . This time I thought had to be a joke , I laughed and asked did she remember this happened a couple of weeks back . Cheeky attitude again with a sharp no then I think in badness she barely even reached her arm out the window with the card machine. I was full stretch seat belt off reaching out my window (near through the costa window) but like she was standing back . I’d to get out of the car to pay and get my stuff . Terrible customer service and even worse memory for relaying back the order . How she forgot the custard order twice in the 2 times iv visited is nothing short of amazing lol
Dreadful. First time in: took 15 minutes per customer to take order (poor woman didn’t have a clue), paid for extras but didn’t receive, head barista had a terrible attitude, teen workers doing nothing behind till but having fun, toastie was forgotten and then arrived lukewarm.
Second time in: took 20 mins for 3 iced coffees to go despite only 5 people in
Far too expensive for what you get too. Definitely don’t recommend
What I like about this Costa is the openness around it which, with the big windows on 2&half sides, on a nice evening, makes it very bright and just a nice place to sit and watch the sun go down.
The staff are all young and doing their best but somewhat under pressure. But it's a v pleasent place to meet friends
Asked for a hazelnut latte at the drive through, the woman said back oat hazelnut latte, so I corrected her. I then ordered some other stuff, and then she read back my order and she said oat hazelnut again which I corrected her again. When I got to the window she said oat Hazelnut latte again, think she was starting to take the mick now but I corrected her for a third time that I just wanted an ordinary milk Hazelnut latte.
