Gave Cornwall Commercials a phone call to obtain a quote to move one of my vehicles using their HIAB equipment, and a 4 point lifting system.
Happy to provide the service and a quote first time around, in the region of £300 including VAT. Phoned back on the 02/05/18 at 18:12 and spoke to a lovely lady who was insistent that using a 4 point lifting system would 'distort the body' of my vehicle. Extremely abrupt, interrupting, rude and horrible to deal with, totally wasted my time. Obviously needs some retraining.
It's been a real pleasure dealing with this company. Admittedly the rescue and eventual return of our van was arranged through our recovery service but they have turned up when agreed, been careful when loading and unloading the vehicle and the driver (sorry, we never asked his name) was really nice to deal with, being very considerate when we were a little stressed. Really good customer service. ????

These guys are brilliant! So easy to work with; Clare in the office is extremely efficient, nothing is to much of a problem. And all of the drivers are great, they are all very helpful, evening in the trickiest of situations. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys for all your help!
