You are too hard to get an appointment at and too complicated is the system... You are pushing people to private health care.. you should be ashamed!! Rubbish service!! - This is not health care, this is substitution to other health services.. You should hang your heads in shame.. You are not serving the public, you are denying health care to people on masse by creating difficulty in the system - Absolute disgrace.
They keep telling me my 1 year old has virus.. so he had a virus for a year surly not? Then when i made appointment for just a stool check.. they made a booking for two and half weeks time. Just so they wil give me a stool pot.. pointless they are so rude and four times now i seen different doctors. And they had to google issues.. worst place. Dont use this doctors if you have children. Neglect a child that struggles to breathe
As a family we have been with corner place surgery for 22 years. My Husband is disabled and had to leave Corner place. I'm his Carer and just a simple request!!

Have always had my prescriptions on time. The building is very much to small. And you unfortunately have to wait outside when it is bad weather. Other than that you are doing a very good job.
As from today I will looking for another surgery to go to to as I never get anywhere with this stupid surgery! All I wanted was my ear drops that I urgently need for my left infected ear. And this surgery is refusing to give them to me. Well thanks for nothing. Hope your surgery is real pleased with yourself. From Pete ogradey. Ps one very unhappy patient.
I have 15 years previous NHS experience of working with many GP Surgeries in the West Midlands. Now, having recently moved to Paignton, my own personal experience of Corner Place has been magnificent.
Well I am giving this place a no star, you might ask why, oh go on then I will tell you Once again they are playing games with my medication that prevents my health from deteriorating or put my life at risk this is avery dangerous Doctors, they love a micro-aggression and when they really get upset with you they send patients after you with threats, harrassment, Death threats, They should really warn the patients before Registration, maybe afew large signes around the surgery saying
PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION, WE HAVE VIGILANTE'S ON CALL 24/7

I hardly ever visit the surgery but today I attended two separate appointments for different reasons and all I can say is both the doctor and the nurse I dealt with were amazing. Really helpful, thorough and kind, they blew me away.
I remember doctors' appointments from years ago that were almost intimidating, so it's awesome to see a surgery embracing a more tactile approach.
Must also mention the reception staff who went above and beyond to get me an appointment that could fit in with my work schedule - that's really appreciated - so thank you.
