Ordered on what turned out to be a busy Sunday evening and had to wait over an hour but worth it. Starter of onion bhajis were lovely, not too greasy and tasted lovely. Had main of Singapore chow mein, delicious and spicy, very tasty and not greasy. If I lived in the area Is be happy coming here for all my Indian and Chinese meals.
Perhaps the 3 stars I rated Coriander is a bit generous! The food was ok although my son found a rubber band in his 'chow min!' The staff member was polite but was very stretched as he was the only person in, and had to greet customers, take orders, wait table and cook the meals! A tall order for anyone! I'm guessing that the restaurant would improve if it had more staff. We rated the food 5 out of 10.
They do have two menus one Indian and one Chinese. When we went as a group of 12 the Chinese chef was on holiday and there was no replacement.
We all ordered our Indian food.... Over an hour later it arrived. When it did eventually arrive it was really nice. Everyone enjoyed it.
It is a bring your own booze place too. ????
Tried to order a take away at 22:20 and the staff member who took the call was rather rude and told me they won't be accepting any orders.
Stated that Google shows they are open to 23:00 ahe reluctantly took my order will update on the food.
Customer service is important for any business so 1 star so far chaps.
We have never ordered a takeaway and thrown 70%+ of it away before, the food was low quality and visually unappealing. I can strongly recommend this place to anyone who is on diet and wants the satisfaction of ordering but not consuming the food.
We were told food would be 20 minutes. Ended up taking an hour with no apology. My paratha was completely raw. All meat horribly dry and over done. Close your eyes and you couldnt tell the difference between the sauces. How is this place still in business?!
After trying to eat there for years, this place is horrible. I had a meal from them last night and have been regretting it ever since. I don't know what the hell is being done in that kitchen but I have been very ill since my takeaway and would recommend going to anywhere else.
First time we have had food from here. We ordered Indian starters and they were very greasy. Won't be ordering Indian again. Will try the Chinese before we say we won't be back!
