Booked MOT, turned up and been told it wasn't put on their book, upon questioning was told I can come back at 2pm, not good enough and waste of my time, on my way to work received call asking where I am as I have MOT booked, to witch I replayed I was and was sent away, to witch person on phone dropped phone on me. No apologies, not even tried to rectify the situation.
Not going back.
Being helpful goes a long way, and people take time off to go through MOT a bit of respect also wouldn't hurt, specially if mistake is not on customers part.
If it would be possible to put 0 stars I would. I dealt with guy who's attitude was awful, not kind, not interested in explaining what is wrong with my car, is it safe to drive, what's the price to fix it etc. I will not be coming back here and will make sure my colleagues and friends avoid this place. It costs nothing to be kind and polite to others and person I talked to was nothing like this. No skills to work closely with customers at all. They should really rethink who does it for them. M&A has fixed my car, informed me well, provided decent price and support through this. Luckily at the end someone much nicer gave me back my keys and I managed to pass on my feedback. So it's not the garage but one person with bad attitude.
If you are reading this please work on your attitude toward the customer as otherwise you will take this place down and it would be a shame as from what I heard it has quite of a good history.
Just had an MOT done and was only advised that tyre need changing, but they FAILED to notice dangerous play/movement on the wheel which was only picked up by the tyre shop opposite to them. Took the car to other garage which is now repairing suspension arm and was told I shouldn’t be even driving like that and it shouldn’t have passed the MOT. Quite disappointed they didn’t pick up such an important thing.
I cannot give anything less than 5 stars to this place. They are friendly, always helpful and akways reasonably priced. I don't even live in Corby but will go 25 miles to get my cars sorted by them. Recommended all day long. Thanks guys!

Fast, efficient reliable service as always. Been using Corby MOT for years wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff are really helpful and so reliable, always a great job at a good price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend this excellent local company.
Very friendly, had my car up on the ramp as soon as I phoned on a Saturday morning (unlike any other business). didn’t charge either, friendly gesture. Will definitely be going back for anything and everything else.
I give up with this place. Since Tom's no longer around it has gone down hill massively! Tom was a good family friend which my family have helped out financially many years ago when struggling to keep the place going. How quickly things get forgotten and dismissed when money mad younger generations get involved. I recently booked my car in advising of a braking servo error and they said "no problem, bring it in" - which I did. Called me back around 2-3 hours later saying I "need to take the car to Audi....could be expensive but whatever happens, the dashboard will need to come off." Subsequently got billed for the 'diagnostic' for £54 that only confirmed the error that I told them when booking it in! Washed their hands of any further involvement. Since then, I sourced the part myself for £15 and fitted it in less than 3 minutes!! Second similar situation in the last few months with these jokers - waste of time and won't be returning! Strongly suggest you look elsewhere too.
