What a pocket of joy!! The staff were so friendly, the ambiance was fantastic!! From the quirky Alice in Wonderland style mural up the stairs, the cute teapots, and lovely wee signs were all a delight! On top of that, the cakes were delicious, the teapots filled generously, and the soup a real treat!!
When you find a pot of gold like this, it’s a joy, and the fact the deliver, do afternoon teas and tasty looking breakfasts means we will be doing an order again for a treat next time we visit the area!! Thank you!!!!
Came for breakfast before a long day of walking and it was absolutely perfect ???? I had the mini breakfast and my boyfriend had the master and they were absolutely fab. Everything was cooked perfectly and great portion sizes for an incredibly good price! Service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I wish we'd found it earlier, rather than on our last day! I had to take a picture of the cakes too and I wish I'd bought one, big regrets because they looked unbelievable????
Small but friendly. Clean, bright & airy cafe. Staff are very friendly & food is well displayed & presented with table service. First time I've ever ordered hot chocolate and had a choice of milk, dark or white chocolate. We will definitely be back for more. Thank you ladies.
Great place for breakfast and cake. We stopped here for breakfast and then we had to buy some cake to takeaway. They looked too good.

Called in for a coffee, ended up having sandwiches & cake. We went back on our last day for breakfast. Lovely and friendly, fresh, hot and delicious. The dogs even got treats. Cannot give enough praise. A must visit if in the area. Thank you
Excellent little cafe on the main street. I can certainly vouch for the scones which were delicious. A good cuppa too. Staff very friendly, nothing a bother, reasonable prices.
The first visit to the Coquet tea room was pre covid. My wife and I were looking for a holiday retreat in the area. The staff were lovely and welcoming and wished us the very best in finding out holiday home. 3 years later, we have found our perfect holiday home. We now visit the Coquet tea rooms on a regular basis.
