Normalerweise ist der Service sehr nett, aber heute (14.01.2024. 11:56 Uhr) war es furchtbar. Zwei Damen waren unhöflich und laut. Das EFT funktionierte nicht und sie haben nicht einmal ein Schild angebracht oder uns informiert. Als ich fragte, ob das EFT funktionierte, warfen sie mir einen bösen Blick zu und ignorierten mich. ):
I was here to share my expedience with "to good to go". Wonderful food, kind personals, a fast service. As for people in the strait line (a lot) no rejections, polite. P.s. I am white but in black clothes. My behaviour can be as Black person. So thank you!
This morning, my son went to this shop to buy his morning breakfast as usual. The bill was less than ten frs, so he gave the cashier a bill of 20.-, but she made a mistake of miscalculation and gave the change with a short of 10.- (wonder how)
My son immediately noticed the mistake and politely told her that she made a mistake.
She was annoyed and told him to wait so that she could verify. She made him wait for a whole 45 minutes. Ignoring him and not even bothering to explain that it might take longer. She made a mistake, so she must rectify it as soon as possible.
She treated him like dirt just because he was black! That's for sure! If it was another race, I'm sure she wouldn't do that.
People treat other people the way they feel about themselves inside. That's one thing for sure. I hope this lady will read this.
If you feel you are a good, worthy person, you will project precisely that to the world. But whenever you feel like the opposite, that's exactly how you treat others, just because they look different. This incident was clearly on purpose and meticulously done to inflict pain. The problem could have been solved in a better and respectful manner.
My son called me afterwards, to explain how he felt. He is usually very quiet and doesn't cause trouble. He was distraught.
So was I.

Negozio accogliente ma molto piccolo, districarsi fra le persone a volte è un po' difficile. Per quanto riguarda la merce, si possono comperare svariati cibi e bevande
J’aime trop ces boissons. Svp proposez les « « True fruits violet » format 75cl (grande taille) dans votre enseigne svp.
Service sale! Un conseil éviter d’acheter les petits pains etc… car j’ai vu un employé ramasser un pain au chocolat par terre (sous les étagères où il y a les pâtisseries/boulangerie remplis de poussière en plus) et le remettre discrètement comme neuf…
C’est vraiment degeu si vous tenez à votre ventre n’y aller pas !

Très mauvais personnel. Je fais la queue comme tout le monde et juste avant mon tour, je prends des chewing-gums qui se trouvent à la caisse (avec des humains et non automatique). Quand je veux retourner dans la queue, la caissière avec des formes de couleur foncé et cheveux teints blond (au cas où la Coop devait lire les avis) me dit que je dois faire la queue. J’essaie de lui expliquer que je venais de faire la queue pendant 5 minutes et j’ai juste été prendre les paquets de chewing-gum. Elle ne veut rien entendre… 0 pour le service clientèle.
