Registered at this drs when I moved into the area. Have never been able to get an appointment in a timely fashion in the past 3 years, so have used other avenues. Phoned today for an appointment as v unwell, have been told I have been deactivated as I haven't used the service - will take a week to re-register and longer to get an appointment
Avoid this GP at all cost. They deregistered my mum 2 weeks ago without any sort of warning or correspondence to state that my mum is not a patient. When my mum's medications were due the pharmacist contacted me to say she was deregistered. Went in to talk and sort the issue. When I asked them for the reason why they deregistered my mum, they had no answer and did not take any responsibility. The staff members at this GP are all useless and unhelpful. They never pick up the phones make you wait 30 minutes and then drop the call. Even since the takeover this place has gone down the drain surprised they're still running.
I agree with everyones reviews before mine. How has the rest of the world gone back to normal but these surgeries literally refuse to give you a face to fave appointment. The indian receptionist is disgusting and has no manners. I’m not quite sure how she got the job. Must be related to someone.
Dr Kamal is the most rude unprofessional dr there is. His behaviour towards patients is disgusting and demoralising. He needs to be fired.
I spent a day trying to book an appointment over the phone and never got through. The automated message has not been updated since COVID times and there is a voicemail with a message saying messages are not listened to. Living a few doors away I then went to reception to ask to arrange an appointment and was told no, that I needed to call. I explained my experience. I then clarified that I was not looking for an appointment that day, it could be in the future and the person told me that appointments are only booked over the phone.
GP appointments are rare, I get that, but I did not expect my GP to actively not help, turn away, and not employ either sympathy or common sense.

Always been able to see a doctor or nurse practitioner when I've needed to. Booking telephone consultations online has been a game changer.
Have had problems with getting emergency prescriptions with confusion sending them to my online pharmacy rather than a local pharmacy. With more people turning to online pharmacies some training in diverting emergency prescriptions to local pharmacy's.
Always felt the medical professionals have been kind and helpful.
A few months ago I was able to get a repeat prescription for my chest burn. I called today and the receptionist tells me its not repeate.... then what GHOST gave me the repeat prescription a few months ago without me seeing a doctor. I am in pain and expressing difficulties but there is nothing they can do. I need to change this gp. And go to a better place. They rasher have me dead.
They have the worse receptionists , rude always, unhelpful and no respect for theirs patients. I am soo sorry to say everytime i had to deal with them its the worse experience whether its on the phone or in person. Also simple smile doesn’t cost anything. Please be more kind and helpful to your patient considering the job your in or you all should be in different job where you dont have to interact with people at all because clearly you guys dont know how to be around people.
Honestly speaking this is the worst GP I have ever seen in my London life. Whenever I call in the reception I never get appointment. The receptionist are very rude and they don't have etiquette to speak or behave with people. They speak like robot ," sorry call tomorrow morning 8 o'clock " And it's impossible to get appointment at 8 o'clock. The telephone line is always busy or going to voice mail( inbox is always full). They never understand that if 10 people try together then of course everyone will not get the line in same time. Few people will get earlier and few later.
Whatever Doctors are good but what's the point! Without appointment I can't see doctor. And to get the appointment from reception is impossible things. Covid situation is controlled but this people are still taking the opportunity not to see the patients.
Recommended to keep more polite and understanding people in the reception who can deal with the situation ,not speak in a robotic voice.
