The girl at the reception was very nice, but unfortunately she didn't give me the medicines because the number requested on the prescription was lower than the number of pills in the boxes she had. Now, when this happens (usually in EMERGENCIES, they give a smaller number of pills unlike the one in the boxes) they usually take them out of the box and cut them according to the required number, instead she dismissed me because in this pharmacy they are not allowed to do that, leaving me empty handed without my EMERGENCY medications, far from any other pharmacy. I wonder what would have happened if my life depended on those medications.... (it kind of does)

The main pharmacist (Conran) is very rude. This doesn’t to be an isolated incident either as my grandmother (4x my age) and one of my friends (similar age to myself) has experienced the same. He is very abrupt and blunt when he you try to ask a reasonable question about mixing medications etc. Very rude man, seems as if he doesn’t enjoy his job

I went to collect a prescription that I had receive from Trafford WIC. The lady asked me how I paid for my prescription, I said I am except I’m a full time student, she replied no your not you don’t fit the age category, you have to be under 18. I replied that I did and I have an exception form, she then said I wasn’t under 18. I went on to show her, and she only believed me when I presented her the exception form. When leaving the pharmacy I advised the staff member to maybe be speak politely when questioning people to which she replied well you should have clearly stated what form you had, then walked off with an attitude saying bye to me.
Nice late night pharmacy and staff are good too there, probably the only pharmacy I know that are open late and facing Trafford General Hospital, which is handy if you or your children are ill and need the medicine the same day.
Conran’s is great! They provide my prescriptions weekly, all packaged up into individual doses, and when my mum was dying, the speed they dealt with her prescriptions was incredible. They’re a lovely bunch of people!
