This pharmacy has decided to charge to deliver prescriptions. Totally unfair on elderly and disabled people who have no choice. It’s not laziness or convenience - it’s necessity! To charge people already struggling on low incomes is appalling.
Booked online to have Covid booster at Combs Ford - what an excellent service! Dispenser who booked me in (very short curly hair), had a lovely friendly welcoming manner to all. After a very short time I was seen by a clinician who gave me my booster but also took the time to check my blood pressure and will forward details to my GP. Thank you!
I have used this pharmacy at least once a week now for about 5 years as I have a number of regular medications.
I can honestly say every single staff member has always been kind, professional and keen to help.
The staff have shown they are willing to go above and beyond to provide the best level of service.
I am always greeted with a smile which at times makes all the difference!
On occasion, other family members have needed to collect on my behalf and they have remarked on how lovely everyone is there.
Sadly I have been in attendance previously when there has been a very disgruntled customer at the pharmacy. Said customer was behaving rather aggressively and thought it acceptable to verbally attack the staff member. Even when faced with this unacceptable behaviour I observed the staff member stay very calm and collected, she was professional and addressed the customer appropriately.
Needless to say I would (and do, frequently) highly recommend Combs Ford Pharmacy for your pharmaceutical needs.
Staff arefriendly, understanding & helpful. Always able to call & speak to someone when necessary. Excellent & essential service to the local community.
On many occasions, I am greeted by name, which is better than just a hello. Always a smile and a lways helpful
Had two prescriptions sent there from two different places because I was working near there. I dealt with three of the staff there, and they were all so lovely, efficient and helpful. I never thought going to the Chemist could be such a pleasant experience. Keep it up ladies.
They always help me with my mental health and they are all really nice and if the prescription isn't ready it's not always there fault
Today i when you ask about information about the 3rd cov19 booster jab , as I got a letter and she come out to talk to me and my son , she was so helpful and help me a lot . Thank you . As it would not let me book online . But she help me and said wait a bit and try again . So five stars from me .
