Great customer service
No stock of my sons medication anywhere , phoned at 9.00am and someone answered the phone straight away ( which is a rarity these days ) and was told the item was in stock . Drove to the pharmacy and it was there waiting for me along with a friendly reception ... Great !!!!!
Just been in, very friendly and helpful lady at the counter. Left me feeling very much attended to and happy to return.
Terrible half the time they don’t answer the phone for hours or the shutters are down so they can have dinner yet there’s 5 staff in the back why can’t they leave the shop open for dinner and take turns to have dinner?
It’s ridiculous ????
Have been using Modi's for the last seven year and had excellent service from the them. Staff always friendly and helpful.
