Agree with the customers last comments, if you have money to waste then go to Colin’s. Useless at diagnostics, should have learned my lesson the first time with these guys. Paid £1300 for a job just over 12 months ago and have the same issue re-occurring. They are having nothing to do with fixing the issue and no customer service skills. They cannot properly diagnose faults but will keep taking money, my partner had similar issues with her car and I had to correct them what the problem was after spending a £1,000. They get no more future work from me.
Absolutely fantastic experience. All staff were really friendly. Took my emergency MOT booking as had not realised my MOT had expired the day before due to me changing my vehicle. Guys worked late to help me out. Would highly recommend this garage. Will use them again.
My encounter with manager Andrew at the garage was extremely unpleasant. I had made a booking for both my car's service and MOT, but when the appointed day and time arrived, Andrew informed me that they could only perform the MOT. I politely asked if any compensation could be provided, but he responded in a rude manner and even told me to leave his office without accepting my car for the scheduled slot. This experience has been the worst I have had with any local garages so far. I strongly urge others to avoid this particular garage.
Always been awesome woth tyre changes, MOT and any services I had with them. To everyone here is a suggestion (rather human courtesy) be friendly and let them do their job, explain things if you have want something checked out before you leave your vehicle and follow up when you collect it. Keep your egos and grumpiness at your doorstep and treat people with some respect and friendliness especially in the service industry and they will always be happy to help.

Couldn't fault it at all, MOT & Service done , 1 new tyre needed which they supplied & fitted within 1 hour for half the price of other places, will definitely be back ????????????
Sorry about the unconvincing MOT fail at Bankhead branch and then passed with more than double the charge. Difficult to accept and digest.
Perhaps they need to reflect back unless the groupon promotional charge is for advertisement only.
Giving a single star is painful but cannot help this time.
Was failed on MOT for brake drum being weak. All it had was little bit of rust which I cleaned with WD40, no change needed and passed the MOT. MOT should be users to fail cars that are not safe to drive not for simple wear and tear. They charged for retest as well. Overall very poor experience and would not trust to do MOT in the future.
So I bought a car of someone who had it motd here , so they passed it with airbag light on , needed a new module cost me 350 quid , then the lower arm snapped in half while driving nearly causing a serious accident, of course the v5 never appeared so I applied for it myself so I could identify mot station , I suspect the private seller has a friend there that passed the car and will be passing on all the details to the relevant authorities to investigate , I would avoid this place at all Costs if you value the life of yourself kids and others please check the photo perhaps the mot tester was stevie wonder to miss the flashing airbag lights the big red one on dash, please look at photo and also the wish bones that were so rotten they were like paper mashy .
