Used to be lovely, and the lady with dark hair was a pleasure to speak to. However, the new owner or whoever she is is rude and vile.
I had 2 ham and cheese rolls from there today (18/11/23) for £2.40 each. Got home, and there was hardly any filling in them both, so I went back to see them, and within minutes, the lady was being so rude. I just asked for my money back. If she had given me a chance to speak, I would have asked for more filling.
I have been banned from there for returning an order that was way under filled and for complaining. Very bad customer service. I have a photo of one of the rolls. Unfortunately, I didn't take one of the other, and that was in a worse condition.
After reading a few of these reviews, it would seem that the blonde haired older lady has an attitude problem. Her customer service skills stink, and she shouldn't be allowed to serve customers until she learns some manners. Unfortunately I have a feeling this lady will be the ruin of the company.
Stay away from here at all costs.

There is nothing wrong with this bakery, the staff are really friendly and the cakes are delicious. The homemade bread also pushed me towards giving this place a 5 star review, they also sell milkshakes which are lovely. They cakes are very cheap and I was very surprised how cheap they accually are. Very well done to the owners who own a fine shop

Avoid this diseased place, my wife and son got something from there and both ended up with food poisoning, our GP confirmed that fact. We have reported them, our GP reported them, and our Solicitors are taking legal action for their Food and Health & Safety violations
What a waste of time and money second time I've been over and second time they have messed up my order went back to chanfge my order only to revieve attitude of staff and told Im lying about what I ordered to then be given smaller rolls to what I ordered with no money back food was disgusting not even my dog would eat it would not recommend to any one much better off going 2 seconds further up the road to snacks caffe were the staff are actually friendly and the food is nice and less chance of order getting messed up even tho snack's if much busier than Coles

Second time going to coles bakery they messed up my order absolutely descusting the attitude on staff ridiculous highly recommended giving this shop a miss and go to snax cafe
