First time using these guys. I had to get a cracked alloy fixed. They were quick and seems to be a good job, too. If I had the same bad luck again, I would definitely use these guys.
Hi definitely an old git scamming people..
Told ne mine was a major job costing 2 - 3 thousand + wanting me to chase parts etc..
However I took it to trading standards + for 540 quid they stripped t car + said it wasn't what I was told.
We live I a world where old gits + young ones I hasten to add r out to rip us off again BUYER BEWARE....
I was charged 123 pounds to spray vents + replace cabin filter. A cost of £17 total 4 me to do myself... So stay away.. I wouldn't even give 1 star but its t lowest.
Car was left in for a full day for Aircon "diagnosis". The older gentleman tells me it "maybe" needs a condenser and he wouldn't even tell me what was looked at it or if he tested it. He didn't like that I was going to source the parts myself from the get go.
Absolute time waster just wants to fill people's Aircon gas knowing fine well it will leak again and wasn't happy that i wasn't interested in that. AVOID!
Told they refilled my air con gas and they didn't. Told me I needed a pressure sensor but my compressor was actually away. Charged £50 for the car being hooked to the machine for literally 2-3 minutes. Avoid at all costs. An old scam artist
My Honda had an intermittent fault in the Aircon which took time and patience to identify the problem - the staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable . Fixed about a month ago and running perfectly. Excellent value, great customer service. highly recommended.

Went here to have aircon refilled.
I've arrived 11:45AM , service scheduled on 12:00PM, somebody looked on my car 12:45PM.
Guy told me my aircon compressor sensor is faulty and I should look somewhere on the electrical circuits (all are working fine to be honest...) and charged me 25£ for diagnose (A/C clutch were not engaging this day dunno why).
They told me I need new A/C compressor since this sensor is a part unable to buy (blah blah found OEM Suzuki code and part from eBay official suzuki store)
Came back home, looked on car service manual- sensor is OK only A/C clutch due to climate here is little bit rusty and thus started to not engage every time.
Do not recommend- waste of time and money for false diagnose.
Imagine a business owner shouting at you on the phone. "I don't have your number!". After over a dozen calls of specifically giving your name and number. The mechanic appears to know what he's doing but unfortunately everything goes through the old guy. Also there isn't a mask in sight. There is a barrier at the front desk but again the old man cuts through to fill his kettle.
