As usual, have had my prescription since last week and have not even bagged it up for collection! And, as usual, do not have all my tablets in stock again! If I have the same thing every month and you are running low why do you not order in advance!! Lack of customer knowledge and consideration. Poor service every month. It's so sad for a service to the community! ????
I went there today Sat 25th June..to collect a few things. I was served by a young girl called "Rhi". Who went the extra mile and beyond. Rhi was amazing and gave me choices of products too. Such a very kind helpful girl and I was very touched by her kindness. Cannot thank her enough for her help, thoughtfulness, knowledge, and just fantastic customer care.
Very helpful friendly staff sadly let down by Lloyds management. Need to order my prescription a fortnight in advance to ensure it will be ready when I collect it one or two days before I run out. Prescription ordering service do not want to issue the prescription that early so always having to explain myself and the Lloyds procedures. Also they now use an automated system where the tablets arrive from their 'warehouse' in a massive plastic bag. Who uses plastic bags these days!!! Also since this system was implemented my order has always been wrong meaning it has to be checked by the staff and pharmacist so they may as well do it in the first place. Lloyds you are letting your customers down and also your staff who have to bear the brunt of all our complaints.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, whenever there's been a problem it's either my doctor's surgery's fault or the computer system that downloads prescriptions. They are knowledgeable and give good advice when needed and have helped me a lot over the years.
Put in prescription told 5-10 minutes. Came back after 10 minutes (to be on the safe side) and waited over another 15 minutes! Will go elsewhere in future as despite 6 staff being present they don't seem at all organised. I appreciate they are busy but a distinct lack of customer care.
Absolutely disgusted by staff and the attitude of staff members. Very rude to myself and my young daughter.
A younger member of staff was very rude and dismissive of myself and my daughter. I know these times are very stressful, but in a profession such as this rudeness and a foul attitude should not be tolerated. Very disappointed in Lloyd's pharmacy.
I have been using this chemist for the last year or so now and have never experienced any issues.
Staff are always really friendly and super helpful especially the two lovely ladies who helped me out today, they went above on beyond.

AVOID. I wish I'd read reviews before asking my doctor to send my prescription here. He sent it almost 2 weeks ago and my boyfriend just went to pick it up for me to be told they're out of stock of both items. Ridiculous. He's now having to run around trying to find a pharmacy that can actually fulfil its purpose.
