Ordered chippy plate delivered. Frozen sausage and frozen burger thrown into deep oil and not even properly cooked. I have never seen anything so disgusting. Probably too used to Glasgow City food scene. Good work trying to get someone food poisoning. Never again.
Got a Fish super and a meat pizza food was lovely, asked for fish to be nice and crispy and it was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to come back and try more
???? Pizzas were too thin, dried out all around the rims with black burnt bits because there was not enough toppings OR cheese on these bits! ???? The toppings were mostly in the middle of the pizzas and were very sparse, indeed! Unfortunately, not warm enough either! ???? Not enjoyable at all and a total waste of money. ???? Very disappointed, so we won't be using this shop again.
Can honestly say it’s the best fish & chip shop in Glasgow freshly made pizza dough instead of some places that do store bought pizza base here it’s always fresh tried a bunch of different places but here’s perfect been ordering from here for a few years now and never had a problem always consistent been in a few times as well and the owner and staff are always hard at work with brilliant customer service keep up the fantastic work codfather
I ordered a large fish supper . £9.30.
I had asked that the chips be wrapped separately as my partner didn't want a taste of fish . Came to £10.30 .
When I challenged him he told me that he had given me a small bag of chips that is considerably bigger than a supper portion?
I'll let you decide if I'm being silly !
Passing by Cambuslang and we jumped in for a chippy... Honestly one of the best tastiest fish and chips we have ever tasted. Fresh fresh fresh and good healthy chips cooked in clean fat. We wish we had such a great chip shop like this one nearby... it's hard to find a decent chip shop these days... this one got the 5 stars PLUS mark that we felt we had to come and review. You will not be disappointed. Top class grub and nice staff too! We will be back to Cambuslang just for the chip shop ????????????????
1. Terrible hygiene.. they fry and touch food which touched money and all the dirty things. They cook with bare hands!
2. I clearly said that I want to make fish for supper which comes with chips, and cancle the other chips. When I said that I didn't want other chips they just ignored me and stared at me. Terrible service...
3. Oh and they don't wear masks in covid situation
4. for fried pizza, it's just cheap supermarket pizza fried, not made from scratch
It's local, staff are friendly and the food is excellent, it's cooked fresh while you wait. Pizza is made from scratch infront of you, yes that's right, the dough is stretched and kneeded while you watch then your favourite topping added. Highly recommended.
