Deliciosa pizza Ricardo
Visited here as a family of 7 in August and it was the worst meal and experience of our whole holiday. The menu was very limited and there were some items which were not available which we weren't advised about until after ordering. We asked if chicken could be added to a carbonara dish only to be told the kitchen had no chicken even though one of the pizzas we ordered had chicken on it. The chef burned one of the pizzas and had to make another pizza, this was not explained at the time and other members of the party had finished eating before the pizza arrived. The pasta dishes were too rich but they were better than the pizzas. The pizzas were cooked then served with cold toppings, even the 11 year old in our party was not impressed. At the end of the meal we explained the issues to our server who did not even offer an apology never mind a discount and the food was not cheap. I would definitely not visit this restaurant again.
Our family of 8 were attracted by the decor of this place and called in for cocktails. The list was very ordinary but we ordered 6 and two mocktails for the children. Only 2 of the cocktails (mohitos) had noticeable alcohol. I was told they couldn't do a bellini and the waitress then arrived with a bellini. My son ordered Cuba libre and got vodka and lemon. We were then charged the same price for the children's drinks which was the final kick in the teeth. When we complained we got a shrug of the shoulders. Awful experience.
Zu allererst das Essen, die Pizza war richtig gut. Wir hatten Mozzarella ( Büffel ), Diavola und Bruschetta. Die Zutaten waren frisch und der Boden richtig schön dünn und die perfekte Zeit im Ofen ( wären wir hier mal vor einem Jahr gelandet, da waren wir leider in einer viel besuchten Touristen Pizzeria die nicht gut war ). Was uns nicht gefallen hat, keine Begrüßung von der Bedienung, kein Lächeln. Als wir die Bestellungen aufgeben wollten scheiterte es schon bei den Getränken. 1 Glas Weißwein, 1 Glas Rotwein und 1 Flasche Wasser und die Bedienung wusste nicht was wir wollen. Wir Bestellten wie immer auf Englisch da wir von niemandem erwarten das er Deutsch kann, auch nicht auf Mallorca. Aber die Dame konnte leider nur Spanisch, was im Service auf einer Insel mit 35% Deutschen und 26% Engländern eigentlich ein No Go ist. Daher musste man eine Kollegin dazu rufen die dann etwas Englisch konnte. Das hat dann gerade so geklappt. Die Location ist leider etwas fad. Man hat hier eine schöne große Terrasse aus der nichts gemacht wird. Mehr Pflanzen würde das ganze für den Urlauber deutlich attraktiver machen. Aber im Endeffekt haben wir sehr gut gegessen.
It is a great place to have a cocktail and a great pizza. The owner is actually from Italy. Fantastic location and great service. The pizza was really really good and the server is super nice! Highly recommend this place.
Locale moderno con cucina a vista,particolare da non sottovalutare in quanto si vede quello che si mangia a differenza degli altri dove non si sa nemmeno se c'è una cucina......cibo ottimo con piatti italiani e pizza superlativa con impasto a lunga maturazione e lievitazione! Prezzi onesti e soprattutto staff tutto italiano!
