Came in once for a contraceptive pill, was refused it several times and the guy over the counter decided to lie and say they didn't have any, despite being able to see it right behind him.
Never returned afterwards
1 star and only because I can't zero, opening hours say open till 9pm on New Years Day and at 8pm in complete darkness, ideal when I need an urgent prescription after been seen by WIC
Rude staff and lied about not having prescription then questioning what I have been doing with out it till now what it to do with him going to change chemist
The pharmacists are lovely but the desk staff are rude and unnecessarily condescending for no reason. I was polite and understanding and just asked for an emergency prescription to tide me by whilst I contact my doctors. Will be using different pharmacy in future, as it’s not the first time they have treated me or my family this way
Excellent pharmacy the staff are really lovely
I have a repeat prescription and only have to visit once a month, more often than not there's a "We are closed" sign in the door when it should be open until 10pm. I've also never had a pharmacy before that runs out of stock or only gives you half a prescription made up of what looks like left over meds from someone else's with an IOU for the rest. I'm looking at changing pharmacy because the service just isn't reliable enough and how they fill prescriptions seems concerning
Charged for urine sample bottles that I'd always understood were not chargeable items. Also not helpful for advice about symptoms which out of hours would ease pressure on other health services. Will avoid if possible in future.
I have been using this pharmacy for a while now and I have always felt helped especially by the counter staff, even when they are really busy. Understandable that they are doing their best when very busy.
