I’ve had a scone with cream and jam and a cappuccino at Cobbs Cafe. The scone was really nice, the coffee was okay.
Lovely warm friendly greeting on arrival, clean tables. We ordered Scottish breakfast ( for lunch) and goats cheese and chutney baguette. They arrived in good time freshly cooked fresh ingredients that were really tasty. They also offer a wide range of choice including vegan and vegetarian and cakes. Worth a visit

The 5 of us sat in to have a late lunch. The hot chocolates were a good size and true to their name, served hot (not tepid like other places)
The paninis we had were fresh, hot and tasty.
The only complaint is that all of the seating is either wooden benches with no backs or wooden chairs, with no cushions or soft furnishings. All of which are very uncomfortable (whether you’re young or old !) if you’re wanting to sit for more than 10 mins ????
The lack of soft furnishings in the cafe meant that it’s quite noisy and the sound of clanging pots and clinking plates as the food and drinks are prepared reverberate around the cafe. The noise levels can be quite intense if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing.
We were in town for a week, came here three times! If you are having an active day, soup and a sandwich will sort you right out. Fresh, clean food that will keep you going. We even came on the last day for the breakfast. Pancakes and bacon? Sold

Wow! The food was lovely. We visit aviemore about 8 to 10 times per year. Tried this cafe for the first time. The breakfast were perfectly cooked. Well presented and my daughter loved her pancakes. The service was very friendly and the you staff were very attentive despite being very busy.

Amazing wee cafe on the main street of aviemore. Busy but staff coping admirably still very polite and helpful. There is exterior seating which is covered, which was great for us as we had the dog with us.
Food was fantastic, we had a panini and a toastie both came with chips and were delicious.
Prices very reasonable, well worth dropping by when in the area for lunch.
The most disappointing coffee I have ever had. Watery, Luke warm and tasted mildly of someone else’s hot chocolate. Yes it was busy but clearly the staff were cutting corners and rushing them out. Clean your coffee machine. Put in new grounds. Steam your milk for enough time to actually heat it up.
