As I have a problem eating without a drink throughout I always ask for a pot of hot water to extend my coffee. Never a problem elsewhere. Here the lady serving me at the till was acknowledging my request when the Barista ? Owner asked why I needed a pot. I explained my requirement but he said I couldn’t have a pot as he needed his teapots. There were a good amount behind him on a less than busy occasion. He said I could have a cup of hot water which, falling short of my needs also presented a risk of trying to pour it to top up my coffee without a possible scald or dripping over the table.
I feel he was less than gracious in his approach and customer service and felt embarrassed and disappointed.
The lady serving me was excellent handling the situation and reassured me when getting up to leave but I feel I would not return at any time.
Lovely quaint little coffee shop which is great for locals or visitors to the area alike. Plenty of seating available and a whole range of options to purchase whether thats drinks such as coffee or apple juice, or food such as a sandwich or chocolate brownie. Will be back soon and looking forward to it already!
Sat here for a few hours one afternoon whilst waiting for car to be fixed. Beautiful interior and amazing coffee.

Cozy and welcoming modern cafe with good coffee, we also had a delicious toasted banana bread. Lots of eco awareness - I was very impressed to see they were using a steamer to clean the glass instead of sprays at the end of the day.
Super tasty coffee. The berry smoothie is excellent for a breakfast alternative!
A lovely little cafe right in the middle of Kingsbridge. Their coffee was absolute lovely and I am a bit picky. Plenty of space, nice sofas and very safely set up in the current environment!

I have tried to support as many local companies as possible, and will use coasters over costa. However, I have now refrained from using Coasters due to the high cost of oat milk. I prefer flat white, and to get charged 45p for a small amount if milk is just not right. The flat white already has a charge for normal milk in the price, so why is that not deducted. Oak milk is more expensive, but no where near that much. I now only shop at places that do not charge extra for milk intolerant customers.
