Wow, what a great experience we had. Craig is a profesional , hard working mechanic with can do attitude and know how. Very impressed with repair of clonking noise on our car. We had been in many garages past 2 years and nobody could fix it. We just had enough of the noise. Craig sorted it out with his expertise and our Fiat car drives without any unpleasant noise. Thank you. Highly recommended. Very well run family business.
Called Craig after being let down badly by a bunch of clowns just outside Stratford. The service that I received was impeccable. Although they were packed out with work, they said they'd fit me in sometime this week so I dropped my car off very early on Monday morning. By 4 pm the same day, the work had been completed. Fault found and other minor issues taken care of. I would definitely recommend CMG and I'll be using them in the future for sure. Thanks for a great, reasonably priced job...
Can't thank you guys enough! Having wasted 4 days and nearly parting with £1000 at another garage for work that didn't even need to be carried out. CMG fitted me in at short notice, carried a thorough inspection and we're open and honest about what needed doing. When I collected our car they showed me the parts that had been replaced and I could see exactly why they needed fixing. They reduced my bill by over 50% and I now have a new garage that I will be using every time. Thank you CMG.

Only garage of 8 contacted to repair a failed sensor on my brief visit to Stratford last weekend -20th and 21st April- done with speed and concern. Am from Cornwall and vehicle was in ‘limp mode’. After rubbish experiences with a previous garage I had my car break down with an engine light warning and needed to get it looked at asap, contacted Craig to have it looked at and I was meant to take it in, when I called to check when a good time was Craig took my address and did a house call whilst on a test run of another vehicle and had a look. From looking he got a good understanding of what needed doing but said he’d need to run diagnostics and to call the shop to get it booked in. I phoned once he’d left and spoke to his father in law who was really helpful, he got it booked in for a few days later and they let me drop it round the night before and leave them with the keys to suit when I work. Dropped it off and got a call the next day telling me what needed doing, I was quoted £313 which was exactly what I ended up paying which was incredibly reasonable. The customer service was great, really good prices and the work was brilliant!
