Been eating since 2013, I am a loyal customer who orders from Clissold spice twice a week my children love it. As a regular customer I am offered discounts on my orders and have built a rapport as they have a friendly service with the workers at the restaurant. I would recommend everyone to eat at Clissold spice.
Baring in mind they only just had there food hygiene rating changed from 2 to a 4. Maybe it needs to be reviewed again by EHO. Been ordering from years even when they was a 2, Very loyal customer when they see my name they will know and be very sad that it’s me they have been rude to. Finding THIS (SEE PICTURES) in the food tonight called and they told me to bring the food to the store, went to the restaurant and presented them with the food. Very hesitate to give a refund and surely I’d want a refund for the whole order as now everyone feels ill just thinking of the fly in the food. Arguing back saying I could have put it there. Order from them about once every 1-2 weeks really think I’d put a fly in my own food? Always giving 5 star reviews when I order. You can check clisold spice. They are rude and if that happens you apologies and be shocked not argue back with the customer about how it’s not true.
When they realise it’s me and how much I spend there a week they will be beating them selves up over this. These things happen I get it. And it’s disgusting but on top of that being rude and disrespectful when I’ve found a fly in the food you made… no more orders from me at both my addresses.

It’s nice. Extremely tasty. It could do with slightly less oil sometimes and I’ve never known a curry house that doesn’t throw in free poppadoms when you order £50 worth of curry. But as I say, it’s nice, don’t hesitate.
There is an over reliance on onions in some dishes and lamb in my saag was not great. I'd say the biggest irritant is having to tell them of their own offers and the fact that they gave us a complimentary 1 - 1! - popadom - on an order of over 50 pounds. I will not be back.
Best Indian food in North East London! The team at Clissold are fantastic. We have catered two events with them and they Impressed our guests. We order quite regularly at home too and we just love the variety and flavors.
We always purchase from this place for over 15 years . They allow you to order online through just-eat . The food is amazing especially their vegetable rice ???? they have a great selection of vegetarian food
The special mixed starter was very tasty. The king prawns were succulent and had loads of flavour. Korma tasted lovely and meat was cooked perfect. Love the special fried rice. Cant fault anything. Will defo be ordering again.
