Today was my first visit at this practice and I am very impressed the way Dr Aggarwal treated me and the kind of tips he has given me to save the rest of my teeth. Jam registered elsewhere but I was in severe pain and I am very grateful that I was accommodated by the practise now I am feeling a lot better after the treatment I received fromDe Aggarwal. Very late with appointments. When you asked the dentist why the appointment is late he just says double booked sorry. Each appointment is 10-15 minutes and rushed. They don’t do scaling hygiene work properly and now it’s rare. They just want to book an appointment to do xray and make another appointment. They don’t care and just booking appointments that last up to 10 minutes. I won’t be going here again.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience my wife and I had with ( clement Road dental practice)
on my call, we were greeted by an extremely rude receptionist Zaira who, rather than showing any empathy towards our situation, dismissively claimed that our concerns were not her problem. This lack of professionalism and empathy left us feeling disheartened and disrespected.
Adding to our disappointment was the discovery that although the clinic does not offer National Health Service (NHS) appointments, they readily had availability for private appointments on the same day. This raised concerns about the integrity and fairness of their practices, as it seemed they prioritize profit over the needs of their patients.
Given the unpleasant encounter with the receptionist and this disconcerting discovery, we have made the decision to seek alternative healthcare providers. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of respect and kindness from the staff, especially during a time when my wife was in pain and seeking medical assistance.
I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that steps can be taken to address the issues we experienced. It is crucial for any healthcare facility to provide a welcoming and compassionate environment for patients in need, and I believe these values should be upheld at Clemente Road dental practice)

Dr Aggarwal is the nicest and most dedicated dentist I met. Very kind, helpful, approachable and will always make you at ease. The whole practice has a wonderful energy. I feel lucky being accepted there as a patient!
Excellent experience from reception to the dentists chair.
A month ago I arrived at the surgery without an appointment and in pain. The surgery had just closed and the receptionist was about to leave but as I explained my condition, she went back to her desk, switched on her PC and searched for the earliest appointment to help me.
At my appointment my dentist quickly investigated with a series of x-rays and diagnosed my condition. He then recommended treatment at a follow up visit after first giving me a temporary fix to alleviate my pain.
In error, I arrived at my next appointment a day early but instead of sending me away, my dentist finished with his last patient and then stayed behind to help me. Absolute dedication from staff and dentist who all went the extra mile to help me through a difficult time. All my phobias about dentists are now a thing of the past. Great care, excellent attention to patient needs and excellent repair work. I am pain free and really happy with the entire process and can honestly recommend this practise.

Dr Aggarwal and his team have always treated me and my family very well for years, providing an excellent service and always getting our issues checked and resolved quickly.
Dr Shah and his associates in this dental surgery have been serving us and the wider community for quite a while now.
