Brilliant garage. Called over weekend to book in for Monday track rod ends and CV boot needed doing. I dropped it off but the owner gave me lift home. Car was ready within couple hours and reasonably priced costs. Definitely my go to garage
I had taken my car in for a service & mot, once It was done I had my engine management light turn on (mass air flow sensor) fault came on, on the diagnostic kit. I’ve said to them I’ve never had this fault come on before, I told them I want to stay with the car so then I can see what they will do he’s saying leave the car so basically mess it up even more and get more money out of me. Guys just AVOID this place at all costs
I’ve had work done on my 1 series. Their customer service was awful, hanging up on me when trying to figure the best route to fix my car. After the work was done they tell me I need more work done, that they can’t do as well as the lights on the dashboard were still on and were supposed to be fixed. Finally, I was quoted a price, but the guy at the desk tried to increase it.
I'd really recommend these guys, the place is very large and clean. It looks great. The owner was always really nice and patient with me and explained throughly what was wrong with my car, even showed me an example of a good and bad part. My car is running great now. Not to mention the great price he charged me. I'm a happy customer.
Absolute disaster! AVOID! Avoid! Avoid!… took my vehicle for a simple job and I came out with new problems, the bolts were from a different car, new issues arose and has cost me hundreds to replace! Please avoid.
Took my car to this garage for an issue which came up. Instead of trying to figure out what the issue was, he advised me on getting alternative work done. After going somewhere else for a second opinion, I realised this was not related to the issue at hand at all and the garage was not interested in diagnosing the actual problem but rather trying to make their own profit by fixing something else? Once he had ‘fixed’ an entirely different part of the car, he said he did not know why it was not fit to drive and to take it somewhere else. Gave me a number for someone else who also didn’t have much of an idea. Gave a substantial amount of money for the work which was done aswell.
Could have dealt with this more straight forwardly and referred on if was unable to fix the car but instead tried making business. Would not use this place again
Go to these guys Everytime and they always sort out my cars no matter the issue. Good staff, good communication and awesome service. Thanks guys my Passat is a rocket again now ????
Been using this garage for a number of years and never had a problem. Very honest and professional staff. Kahir really knows what he's doing. If you don't want to get ripped off and want a good job done then I would definitely recommend this garage.
