Placed phone order. Ordered my food when I got there they said no vegi burger left. So I ordered masala fish. Tasted vile and the smell was overwhelming. Tasted off. The chips were also gone off. Could smell the oil and chips were very cold. I watched them cross contaminate food. Not happy at all. Definitely won't be going there again.
The guy rubbed his nose and carried on putting the guys burger bun in the microwave….. Disgusting service, serve there own people and leave you waiting then wait again for the chips to get ready, I orders a grilled chicken burger but the guy was soooo LAZY he cooked it in the pizza oven.
A lot of cross contamination going on. Cooked chicken sitting next to raw fish and same with the kebabs.
10/10 since my last visit. Place done up much better. Very clean. Great food. Great staff. First bite ???? good. Own chilli sauce, which was fantastic. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommend it.
The Cod Masala Fish here is very nice. Tastes amazing with naan and chips... sometimes the chips can look mashed up but sometimes they are perfectly made.
But I recommend the Cod Masala Fish.
We ordered fish and chips. When we asked the man how much is fish and chips he said £4.00 with a cheeky smile on his face. He only gave us a few chips with the fish. The chicken and chips was also a disaster , the chicken wasn't even delicious . A chicken and chips meal cost £3.50 there. WHAT A COMPLETE FRAUD!!! £7.50. Classics is so overrated and classics is deteriorating.
Phone order: I've ordered food and they never get my order correct even though they repeated my order for confirmation. They have done this multiple times, I've ordered from them. I've called back to complain and they told me "you didn't say that!" And blamed me for 'lying'. They also said " we don't have any other delivery man to delivery you're food and we're really busy, so next time come and get a free order' but I know that was lie as they sounded irritated and annoyed. I've also told them I'm happy to come to the shop to collect the order but they said "No, don't come, we're busy!" And hanged up!
Also when I asked for no salt they don't listen and add it anyways!
NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN AS THEY ARE SO RUDE AND BLAMES THE COSTUMERS FOR THEIR MISTAKES EVEN THOUGH THEY REPEAT YOUR ORDER FOR CONFIRMATION!
I placed an order on the phone multiple times. They got my order wrong every time. I called them to let them know about this, they turned out to be rude. They argued with me on the phone. They said it's not their fault and are really busy. They didn't solve the issue and denied any mistake on their end. They always think they are right. I am not ordering from here again. Really poor service.
They don’t have fear of God, Hire my cousin and started his training…. But back hand they have Health safety visit ahead after 2 days, they clean up everything by my cousin and on third day sent him back by saying we will call… So shameful….
