Amazing customer service, will never use another garage ever!!!! What more can I say.
New to the area and like to use local services and I've hit gold having Clark Auto right on my doorstep.
It's always a nightmare when you have car trouble but finding such a great, trustworthy garage makes car problems much less worrying.
Helped me out massively a year or so back when my Freelander had ran out of oil and the warning light failed to come on.
Not sure what has happened in there since but the main guy's attitude is terrible. Won't let you get a word in edgeways and seems to be the same when you're trying to talk to his staff. Constantly interjecting and just being strangely argumentative without hearing anything you've got to say.
Quoted me over double what another two garages quoted me for a strut mount but was adamant that was the price. Bizarre attitude that seems to suggest he's too busy for any new work or just not interested any more. Much friendlier garages down the road ...
*EDIT - After seeing this guy's reply I'm absolutely certain his head is up his backside. Don't think he has any recollection of which customer he's referring to as he's talking about a totally different instance. I know this for certain as my car is a bag of spanners and certainly not to be described as "expensive"
Took my car in on the off chance to be checked , they looked at it that day and was fixed by dinner time really helpful and friendly staff nothing is a problem and they go up and beyond to help you out , will continue to use this garage they couldn’t be more helpful thankyou for sorting my car I would recommend them to everybody thanks again for all your help
Took my car when another garage tried to extort me on repairs. Paul saved me a fortune.
Taken my car on numerous occasions since & he's been honest with me on repairs. Down to Earth garage. All dealings I've had have been great with him & staff.

Am still using Clarks Garage. They are still great on prices, work, advice, easy going attitude. Can't count how many times they have gone the extra mile for me and my family. They did a respray on my daughter in law's car and the price was excellent along with the work. I should of taken photos before to show how well the car looks now. But it's very impressive.

Went to hartlepool radiators to get exhaust welded in the middle of car there couldn't do it because the didn't have car lift so he went a few doors along and asked these fitted me in straight away put it on car lift put a sleave on broken part and only charged me £20 in total amazing were halfords were gonna charge me £360
Will be only using this garage from now on
Paul and Lol are 2 of the most down to earth people offering an outstanding service and great prices. Never had an issue with any of their work which is always completed to the highest standard. Both full of knowledge and have happily recommended them to not only friends but family!
I stopped by today, I needed to fix several problems and test the gearbox, the guys fixed everything within five minutes and didn’t even want to take money, I’m very pleased with the service.
