Fantastic customer service, could not recommend more! We rang in with a problem with the minibus for our nursery/after school club and despite being really busy they managed to squeeze us in and sort the problem in record time to keep us safely on the road. Excellent garage, the staff are genuinely helpful and not just there to do their job. I needed the computer resetting on my vehicle (a quick 5 minute job) so phoned every Citroën garage within an hours drive of Dunfermline, and did the same for where I live in Lancashire. This garage was the only one that agreed to see me. Pretty good proof they're the most helpful not just in this area, but in Lancashire too!
What can I say about these guys.. My Second car i just bought from Arnold Clark bt on driving home from Glasgow knew there was issue.. Pushed me bk Fr 2weeks to look at it finaly after 3rd week was in fr a load of suspension wrk to be done under warranty.. Bt I was so worried at this point I'd lost trust in Arnold Clark and car .. So I went to the garage that has always serviced and did mots on my last car I needed a independant full look over to know I was safe and there was no other concerns as only 2weeks left of 2month warranty...
You guys went over and above plugging puncture that was said not to be there..

Top quality work and service. Have twice had issues with a DS3 that other garages didn't know where to start. Diagnosed in minutes here and sorted in next to no time.
If I stayed closer it would be the only garage I use.
The service was excellent, I phoned in and was told to come in that day at any time, within half an hour the problem was identified and a temporary fix until the next day when the permanent part arrived, went in the next day and within 10 minutes I was done and dusted. I need a new fan resistor and it assorted straight away and for a very good price. The customer service was incredible and everyone was so friendly, would HIGHLY recommend.
Excellent service! Replaced my entire front suspension. Work was fast, they were flexible to my schedule, and negotiated a fair price. My front roll-bar was making a little noise and needed adjusting, so I went back the next day and got in right away. Fixed it at no charge while I waited. Amazing guys!
Great service from Citroen Servicing. Had a noise that I thought was coming from the engine. My usual garage couldn't fit us in for 6 weeks so after reading the reviews I phoned Citroen Servicing & was told to bring it straight down. The problem was a worn bearing which was replaced by mid afternoon at a very reasonable price.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
