Turned up 3 hours before closing and they had no Cinnabon’s for take home or fresh…except for a batch at the side they the lady couldn’t sell as they’re for tomorrow despite her saying they’re ready! No wonder most of the sites like this have closed down. Such a shame as Cinnabon is my absolute favourite…usually.
Love this place. Staff are always really friendly and the food is great. It's cheap as well for the size and quality of what you get - you're almost guaranteed to be full after 1 bun. These customers claiming it's expensive must either not buy from dessert places, or they peel tangerines in their pockets. Also, the comments re temporarily stopping service so people can have a break... are people not entitled to a break like?! It's mental that some people will run off to write a bad review whilst absolutely raging, just because they can't get a bun on demand...???? It's a service station not a restaurant.
In short, don't listen to the donkeys with the 1 star reviews. Easily the best FF chain to have come out of the US so far. Having tried a Cinnebon in Plainville, CA as well... they're exactly the same but a much better selection over here ????
Arrived at Cinnabon Tarbock Island on 9.10.2023 at 12:45 to be greeted to lady sat eating her lunch who informed me there was nobody serving and she was on her break!!! I asked what time till then she begrudgingly went behind the till to then tell me I can't order fresh and had to pick cinnabon ls from under the counter. Will not be returning!!! Would give 0 stars if I could appalling service for the price u pay aswel!!!
Cinnabon is so good that I am glad there isn't one located any nearer to my home, otherwise I would be worried how often I would visit.
Turned up 2 days on the run 2 hours before closing time and they’d already shut, I’m adamant I’ll catch it one day, it smells so good but so disappointing that it’s hard to catch when they’re open
So just been here for the first time, apparently you can purchase the ones behind the glass screen as ‘there display’ hang on who’s paying for this the lad with the glasses serving or me? Apparently no ice for drinks aswell? Something seriously wrong here!
The best Cinnabon rolls in town!! Customer service is outstanding!! Becky has served me and she was so helpful and helped me to make my mids because it was sooo many options to go for, I even got a loyalty card! Definitely going back! ????
Not open an hour before closing time what a joke. Not the first time either ridiculous !
