We spent the past few days staying at Cimino Luxury Villas and had the absolute best time. The location is beautiful, the views were outstanding and the accommodations were perfect. We stayed in Villa Fatima which includes a state of the art spa room. The entire home was spotless. Aside from being an a stunning place to call home for a few days, Marco is the most amazing host. He truly went above and beyond with his Genie services, and our group didn’t have a worry in the world. Glad to say we made core memories and a new lifelong friend during this adventure!
We had THE MOST amazing experience at Cimino Luxury Villas. Our accommodations were spotless, stunning, and the gorgeous hand-painted spa room was the ultimate perk. The view from the Villas is incredible, and the proximity to the heart of Bellagio gave us the ability to explore all of the amazing bars and restaurants. Most importantly - Marco was the most amazing host. He made us feel at home, provided discounted shuttle services to and from the town of Bellagio, coordinated reservations for us, and even provided us with the most amazing Saturday evening meal. Our group cannot wait to travel back next year to Kinky Libations!!! Cannot recommend this place enough.
I personally would recommend EVERYONE traveling to or near Bellagio to stay at Mark's villas. They are not only exquisite, his hospitality is unmatched. We were fortunately upgraded to an amazing suite with a hot tub, a hidden cold pool with a hot sauna and a beautiful balcony upon arrival due to a Booking.com crisis. Mark was kind, thoughtful and responsive with the change. He also got us into the BEST restaurant (Trattoria Baita Belvedere) we ate at during our three weeks in Italy. Since Italians are known for incredible food, this means it was life changing good. It was a beautiful farm to table restaurant up in the mountains with romantic views of Lake Como. ????
Honestly, I would take each and every recommendation Mark gives you. He even gave us a ride to/from the restaurant since a cab would have been very expensive. I am still impacted positively by his kindness and hospitality.
Overall, we plan to go back one day to stay at one of his villas again and I hope you get a chance to check out some of the posted photos and videos of our villa and the restaurant I mentioned.
If you need a place to stay, stay at one of his Villas. You won't regret it!

Great place! We liked the design and the choice of colors. Very quiet with amazing shower. Cosy place near from Bellagio with stuning view on the lake and its mountain.
We spent 2 whole weeks enjoying this apartment no 2. Loved the view, it was spotlessly clean, great location if you have a car. Limonta is a short drive from Bellagio. Mark was the perfect host. He has the Genie service, happy to drive you when the roads are too terrifying, small fee. Would highly recommend. Would come back in a heartbeat! And great recommendations. Due to a heatwave, he suggested the Bernina Express to St Moritz and then drove us to the ferry at 5.30am. Magical place, awesome service.
Top accomodatie!!! . Wij verbleven in appartement Rosa. Mooi , ruim en superschoon appartement van alle gemakken voorzien ( vaatwasser, oven, wasmachine, strijkbout &- plank) schitterend uitzicht op het Comomeer zowel vanaf terras, als vanaf de bar in de keuken, of vanuit de hottub ! Marco is een top gastheer die je goede aanbevelingen geeft van restaurants, supermarkt en wat te doen in de omgeving. Ook zijn shuttle service naar Bellagio is perfect. Marco zorgt ervoor dat jij een onbezorgde vakantie hebt !
