I had the chicken fat with veins bhuna, was delicious. Of course I'm being sarcastic..won't be back unfortunately been coming here for years, but the last 3 times have been a let down with the meat that it's completely put us off. Shame really..maybe it's changed hands..I don't know but its not as good as it once was.
Another "white Indian" restaurant. Stopped by this place based on 4+ reviews. It's called Indian but may please only those who don't know Indian food much. Food was either sweet like sugar or tasteless. Naans too thick. Crew was nice and hospitable, but I'm afraid I can't call the food even close to Indian flavour.
Easily one of the best Indian takeaways in Carlisle, absolutely lovely every single time.
Wrong order and the owner laughed about it ???? Won't be back. The onion bhajis were like rocks aswell

Waited 2.5hrs for a delivery & then I cancelled it.
I want my food at tea time, not at bedtime. I could of literally driven to Newcastle & back in the time it took them to drive 1 mile. Heard the oh its 5 mins away way too many times to ever fall for it.
I can't comment about the food quality as it was my 1st & likely last delivery order. I just wish I'd read the reviews before wasting an evening waiting in.
At £16.85 for a veg masala, boiled rice, cheese nan I wouldn't say it was particularly cheap either.
A treat, or should of been.
Best Indian food I've had in years. I won't go anywhere else for it in Carlisle now. Everything was just beautiful. The chicken was out of this world, it just fell apart as you cut into it, absolutely delicious.
