LUBNA is just outstanding!!!!!???????? no matter how busy she is! She will always be there to help and support.
I found the pharmacist here to be extremely rude and dismissive and very unhelpful. There is supposed to be a new system called pharmacy first and even after speaking with my doctors surgery he refused to prescribe for a sinus infection.
Staff are always going out of their way to help. Imran and the team have been good to our family over the years. We get all our prescriptions and general medications from them.
Wow! I can’t explain just how amazing Lubna and Jan were my baby daughter had badly burnt my hand and had gone to two local Pharamacy Ed prior who didn’t even care, I didn’t know what to do! The ladies did everything to help calm her down and sooth the pain I can’t describe how compassionate and amazing they were! Applied a cool gel which worked wonders and wrapped it up and told me to be on my way and not to worry ????❤️ Thank you once again il never forget

I've used this pharmacy for many years and cannot fault the knowledge of Lubna and great service by Jan. However, increasingly, there have been problems in ordering my regular prescription items when dealing with Imran. He may be a good pharmacist, but as a Manager, he simply can't cope. Repeatedly being told to phone 'in a few days' to check if meds have arrived is simply not good enough and downright inefficient.Of course there are times when certain items are difficult to source, but Imran, not every month!
Today (Friday),I was told that my prescription, received from my surgery electronically yesterday, can't be dispensed until next Thursday.Are you joking? Apparently there is no technician in till next Tuesday to dispense my blister pack.
If you are prepared to wait 1 week for your medication, then this is the pharmacy for you.
Imran was very rude to me - not the first time. What a pity that our local pharmacy has sunk so low under a Manager who is so inefficient
Most caring and empathetic pharmacist possible. She helped majorly with a problem that was in desperate need of address and this pharmacy was the only place that seemed to be able to accommodate and help me out, couldn’t be happier with the great service. Amazing thank you!
Some people here have written negative comments. This is unfair because I've used this pharmacy for many years and they have always been very helpful and supportive during my difficult times.
The staff are friendly, sympathetic and very professional.
