Having been ripped off and lied to at previous garages. I reached out to friends for an honest and reputable mechanic. My friend suggested churches.
I wasn't disappointed.
They managed to squeeze me in for an MOT as I'd miscalculated when it ran out. Giving them limited time and I'm sure inconveniencing them slightly.
Even though I had previously been told my catalytic converter was broken and needed replacing, oddly enough it was fine.
I paid for the repairs that actually needed doing and pulled away in what felt like a brand new car.
I cannot praise this garage highly enough, the man is a wizard at repairs and will try to fix things that may not need replacing before charging you needlessly.
We're not all made of money and having recently been recovering from a back injury, I certainly didn't have money to burn.
I'm so very grateful and can assure you that this will be the only place I'll trust my car with in future. Thanks guys X

Good guys here, broke the wishbone rang them up and said to bring it down and should be ready in a few days..fantastic service highly recommended.
Whatever you need be it tyres, welding, service or other work done for great prices. Worth a look.
