Cadre et ambiance chaleureux. Nous avons eu droit à la table en face de la cheminée, très agréable.
La nourriture était excellente et tout le personnel très sympathique.
Nous avons passé un excellent moment.

We had excellent food despite the fact that our grilled vegetables arrived for most of them cold which is probably due to the lack of quality of service, we were unfortunately disappointed regarding the service. We understood that the teams were only given a week in the restaurant to take everything in hand but it should not be an excuse for a restaurant with these standards. We had to remind twice which wine we ordered, we had to ask 4 times for plates and even when someone finally brought some he only brought 2 even though we needed 5, it was very hard to catch a waiters attention and finally as mentioned before the food came out cold for some of it. On the other hand the meat was excellent and the wine too congratulations to the chefs and the sommelier for their work. We would like to comeback but we hope that next time service will be better because this restaurant is one of our favorites despite our last experience.
Beautiful Valentine dinner with my daughters. The service was kind and welcoming. Food was exquisite as always and the coziness of the interior gives the restaurant a special charm.

Très belle soirée passée au restaurant le Chubut. Que ce soit au niveau des mets ou du service tout y est parfait, je recommande pour les amateurs de bonnes viandes !
Très bel endroit, personnel au top, très bonne cuisine, belle découverte. Je me réjouis déjà de la prochaine fois.
Table voisine (fils du patron et amis) trop bruyante, au point de ne plus pouvoir discuter. Dommage.
Es una vergüenza! No puede ser que este restaurante se considere como uno de los mejores restaurantes de Gstaad especializados en carne y que no te sepan cocinar la carne al punto. Hemos pedido 1 tomahawk de una calidad pésima, llena de grasa. No puede ser…
Luego hemos pedido fillet mignon “Argentinian Lomo” el cual nos lo han cocinado bien hecho cuando lo hemos pedido al punto… Tampoco de una calidad que corresponda al precio que piden por ello.
En conclusión, no recomendable! 1000€ a la basura!!!
