GREAT NEW FIND!
This was my first experience at Christine's on the Green, and it was excellent. On walking through the door, my reception was as warm as the cosy temperature inside. Christine herself, ably assisted by Karen, was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The layout is smart with huge windows affording lots of natural light and great views.
The menu offers a fairly wide choice. I had a full breakfast with coffee. All of it was delicious. I'll certainly be back soon and would recommend it to others.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Christine’s on the Green Cafe for the second time, and I must say it was even better than the first!
Breakfast and Coffee
The breakfast at Christine’s continues to amaze me with its delectable flavors and generous portions. I opted for the same dish this time as it’s perfect for me and it did not disappoint. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, and the presentation was simply impeccable.
The coffee was, once again, outstanding! The aroma filled the air, and the taste was smooth and invigorating. It’s evident that they take great care in brewing their coffee, making it a perfect companion to the scrumptious breakfast.

Ordered 4 food platters for my 3 year old daughter's birthday. Service was absolutely brilliant. Christine even came and met us to collect the platters to save us travelling far. Can't say enough about the quality of the food. If I could have rated higher the 5 star, I would most do so! Christine was also kind enough to give a birthday cake since she knew it was for my daughter's birthday.
We have also had the pleasure of going to the cafe and also can't rate that high enough. Food was great and staff were so welcoming and friendly which made a great atmosphere in the whole place.
Anyone who doesn't visit their cafe or use them to order food platters is 100% missing out! Thanks again, Christine!!

As a local resident here, I feel this should be a bustling hub of the community right next to the busy playpark.
Went in to use the WC with my 3 year old who was desperate, we were sharply told that toilets were for paying customers only. If this is a business position that's fair but it's worth noting that this is the nearest toilet to the park so is going to be used by children.
I acknowledged that we would buy something after using the facilities. After coming out I ordered a regular latte (Oat milk & Vanilla shot) and was completely aghast at the price of this.. £4.90 for a regular sized coffee irrelevant of syrup shots and alternative milk supplements is excessive. I questioned the price and was met with a shrug and a response of "but it's good coffee".
This has great potential; the location is perfect, inside is nice and there is a bustling park outside with plenty of potential customers on hand (in the good weather especially). Unfortunately, it does not have the feels of a family friendly establishment which is there to serve the community. Overall, a disappointment.
Visited Christine's on the Green yesterday and had an off menu, bespoke built Ciabatta (and cajun fries)! It was so tasty and flavoursome. I woke up thinking about it this morning - it was that good ????
The place is immaculate and the staff are lovely and so helpful. After my lunch I enjoyed a caramel latte whilst reading a magazine and listening to the background music. Great atmosphere!
Extremely disappointing! Went for a wee lunch a few days ago and the way the staff were spoken to (by who I assume is the manager) was absolutely appalling. The manager was shouting at a young waitress who was doing her job extremely well considering the amount of people in the cafe at the time. This was extremely off putting and made me feel very uncomfortable as i couldn’t help but feel awful for the employee. Prices were pretty high considering the mediocre standard of food for a small business. Whilst having my lunch, a woman and her child who i’d say was around 3 came into the cafe and very politely requested to use the bathroom as her son was desperate. The manager proceeded to tell them they “have to buy something in order to use the bathroom”. Completely disgusting from a cafe which is located in a children’s play park may i add. I ordered a baked potato, which had boiled by the looks of it! On top of that, it was freezing cold and very dry. Please avoid at all costs!
I recently visited this local cosy cafe and had the most amazing all-day breakfast and cappuccino experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional, a great vibe.
The menu had a wide range of breakfast options, and I was spoilt for choice. I finally settled on an all-day breakfast I was blown away by the quality of their all-day breakfast and the size of their cappuccinos. The food was cooked to perfection, with each dish bursting with flavor and cooked to the customer's preference. The coffee was equally impressive, with a large cappuccino that was incredibly delicious with the right balance of coffee and milk, out of this world!
The atmosphere of the cafe was fantastic, with friendly staff who were attentive and helpful. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast or brunch. Overall, I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a delicious meal and great coffee in a welcoming and cosy environment.
The decor was modern and stylish, making it the perfect place to catch up with friends or get some work done, the painting on the wall of the cafe was a lovely touch, the attention to detail is unmatched these days
Overall, I cannot recommend this cafe enough. It's the perfect spot for a delicious all-day breakfast, great coffee, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back!
