Hair in food. Do not recommend. Customer service was poor when I went to discreetly tell them there was two bits of different coloured hair in our food. For context we both have black curly hair. When I came into the shop the following day (picked up the food as the shop was closing the night before) they asked me why I didn’t bring the hair with me???? The guy serving was so rude and he told me he’ll never serve me again because I asked for my money back. I wouldn’t even go back even if there was no hair in my food, the quality was dead. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU PREFER NOT TO HAVE SOMEONES HAIR IN YOUR FOOD!
My sister ordered from here a few weeks ago and said it was okay so we thought we would give it another try as our regular Chinese takeaway was closed. We were told it would take up to 45 minutes and the food arrived after an hour. We paid £34 for 6 dishes that turned out to be very small portions which was a shock as they were not small when my sister ordered. Also was not happy with the quality and flavour of the food as I have had better local Chinese.
We have been ordering from Chingford Chinese for almost a decade now, and they've never let us down. Lots of variety in the menu, great prices, good portions for sharing, and fast delivery. We miss dining in and talking with the lovely staff, but we understand the many reasons it may be unfeasible to do so profitably at this point in time. We've tried all the competition- look no further for your Chinese fix. Chingford Chinese are the best in town.
We have been using this take away for many years its honestly so good i cant complain about a single thing, the food is always super hot, tasty and flavoursome. The staff are helpful, the delivery's are on time . THE FOOD IS AMAZING
