Toxic takeaway shop. Very filthy and unhygienic. Please avoid unless you'd like some diarrhea or food poisoning. The shop owner has some mental issues too.

The food was great, wrapped up nicely with no spillage or mess, it was prepared quickly and the guy seemed nice. Encouraging to see Chinese people coming here to get food too.
It's a bit messy inside though, and there is a lot of crates of soda cans and other mess taking up space in the very small waiting area. That could be improved to make it a nicer place to wait.
Delicious food at a reasonable price. Staffs are friendly as well, would definitely visit again.

This takeaway has changed hands a number of times, but now it's hands down best Chinese in York! 5 of us have absolutely devoured our beautiful food. Very impressed! Well done, will be telling our friends and we will be back soon! Thank you :)
Amazing authentic Thai food. Everything was super tasty and fantastic portion sizes. I think sometimes their website says that they’re not taking orders when they actually are. So worth ringing up to check. Highly recommend trying Thai Orchid.
Very disgusting food please avoid. The chef doesn't know how to cook apparently. The worst Chinese food ever, very disappointing. There are so many choices in York, I would never come back to this shabby takeaway.
