Superb meal , excellent service. I use a wheelchair the owner and all members of staff demonstrated nothing but kindness and consideration. It is a listed building as a result it cannot be adapted ie. has steps which did NOT spoil the experience at all. Loved all food and people. I look forward to returning.
The food was really good and tasty. Portion sizes were generous, too. The sizzling beef with garlic, ginger, and spring onions was my favourite, but it was all very nice. Service was spot on, and the staff were attentive, polite and kind; they even gave my kids a free pudding for the eldest's birthday, without us asking, which was a nice touch.
We had a take away. Whilst the food was hot, the prawns, ( Hong Kong prawn), were tough, the beef, ginger, garlic, spring onion didn’t have a lot of taste & the ribs were very chewy. Prawn toast was lovely though.

Had at least 50 meals here and everyone perfect except tonight. Chips hard and undercooked. Answer is you have a credit up to 6 months.not credit the money back to my account. Attitude all wrong
Really genuinely annoyed ! I booked a table last night for 21 St Dec . I was told that they could just fit us on on a table of 5 . We turned up and were sat literally by the toilet ! The seating was really uncomfortable !
As the night wore on it was more than apparent they had other tables free all night ! We spent £280 and I have to say it was not a great night at all ! I won't be returning to this restaurant. It has had a change of management and I am not impressed to say the least!!
The food was ok and the portions were huge. Being just before Christmas it was very busy and quite squashed and the staff were rushed off their feet. Friends had the set menu which never seemed to stop coming and the portions were enormous. It was quite expensive for the one course that we had but perhaps one of the set menus is a better option.
So helpful, so nice. Food is amazing! Never had food from there I didn't like.
