Love ordering from here! There food is always on point and the receptionist lady is so lovely, I have quite bad phone anxiety and she always makes me feel better with her cheery voice!
Been getting a plain egg foo yung (no veg) for years and fantastic. However the last 3 orders have had veg included and so inedible for me. When I complained the 3rd order I was hung up on and told I should have checked thd comments came through. I know website design. - please ask your website designer to adapt the code to include the comments field within the code. This should have been tested before your website went live. It is not a customer (end user) responsibility to check your website works correctly. There is nothing an end user can do. And don't hang up on them!
I have bought from China Chef for years, the last two orders the onion rings, pancake rolls, curry parcels and cheese trigons have all been burnt, the onion rings had a thin piece of onion. I messaged them but got ignored. Won’t be buying from them again.
We got rice, noodles, chicken and chips from this place. For our family. We really enjoyed it! Most of it was lovely stuff, but the chips can be hard.
Really nice food with great menu and it's always cooked perfectly,delicious!!
Good service, polite staff, good quantity, some of their dishes are nice and these are our repeat orders. We order quite often and it's worth a try for anyone thinking about it .
Please avoid unless you like reformed chicken. Worst curry I have ever tasted. Curry sauce had no flavour, it was totally bland and there chilli chips were just normal fried chips with some onion and 2 or 3 chillies on top. Parter got chicken with cashew nuts, again totally bland and about 5 cashew nuts. Also the fried rice just tasted like boiled rice. Worst meal I have ever had. All went in the bin
Was excited when I saw the varied menu, in practice not as good. Ordered Char Sui with spring onion and ginger; got Char Sui with yellow onions and no ginger. Rang to complain, but unfortunately was not not understood. Back to Plum Orchard for us.
