0 Customer service, Manager was irresponsible. They were all busy with Delivery orders they didn’t pay any attention to dining customers. Cleanliness 0, too much flies inside dining area.

Have loved the spicy chicken for more than 15+ years. Was always good. Till a few days ago .... IT WAS TERRIBLE!! The chips were stale .... the chicken was horrible ... they had sprinkled red chillies ... so when you bit into the chicken it tasted of the powder ... Just such a bad experience - they used to have nice friendly guys in the past ... this time pretty miserable staff.
I suspect that Americana (its owned by them) - just dont care anymore.
DONT GO .... They have changed BIG TIME!! Save your money.

Pretty good wraps for around 1kd, made fresh, takes a long time. Would rate it 4 stars if the wait wasn't so long.
I got 5 peace of Chicken Wings It was too horrible to eat don't know why they give like this type of food .
